FAQs

All Hammekin Jewelry items are made by hand in Los Angeles, California and will be shipped within 7 business days of your order transaction.

SHIPPING →
All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipments can arrive between 1-5 days and international orders can take anywhere between 5-20 days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Due to USPS border policies, once a package is beyond United States border, it is no longer trackable.
An express international shipping option is also available through DHL for a higher fee.  This option, which takes between 1-3 days, includes the ability to track your shipment.
If you would like your package sent by express delivery, please contact us and we are happy to arrange what works best.
* Hammekin Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
* Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

DISCOUNTS → Discount codes do not apply to sale items unless otherwise noted. All sale items are final sale.

RETURNS →
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange for goods within 10 days of purchase. Shipping your product back to us will be on you, but the cost of shipping for your next order will be on us. Shoot us an email at info@hammekin.com for exchange  authorization.  All the jewelry is handmade to order. We do not accept returns but want you to love your jewelry and wear it - so please contact us and we'll see if we can put together an exchange for a piece you like more. All sales are final on sale or discounted items - no returns or exchanges.

ITEM VARIATION →
All Hammekin jewelry is hand made to order. Colors, shapes and size may slightly vary due to the fabrication process or rareness of the materials. No two stones are the same so yours will be unique.

CARE and REPAIRS→

Jewelry is hand made and some designs are delicate. Sleeping and bathing in your jewelry is usually a no no. If something breaks we will happily fix it and send it back to you, but please be respectful. Please note that Hammekin is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. 
Please contact us first for repair authorization.

TAX→ 
There is an additional 9.75% sales tax applied to all orders placed in California.
